The friendly and accommodating staff. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with items from hot scrambled eggs to cereals.

Unfortunately, the hotel is showing signs of age, with plumbing issues and a need for general updates. I encountered a leaking toilet that required some extra towels.

I enjoyed the extremely comfy bed and the suite.

Fairly clean hotel with comfy location in Hayward just off area attractions and popular restaurants in the area and Minneapolis airport. The staff where very amiable and assisted with free parking. Really nice experience there.

We stayed for a family visit and had a nice experience overall. The pool area was great for the kids, and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The room was clean and spacious, though the plumbing did need some attention. The breakfast selection was decent, and the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The views from our room left a bit to be desired, as we faced a less appealing part of town.

We stayed in a spacious king suite with an amazing whirlpool tub. The quiet atmosphere. Enjoyed a hot breakfast each morning. Pro tip, arrive early to savor the amenities! Perfect for couples seeking a cozy getaway.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, hiked its scenic trails, and visited the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame. The hotel offered a clean room and a awesome breakfast. The pool was perfect.

I noticed the customer service at this location wasn't as reliable as I experienced in other places, which slightly affected my stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly. The free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool make my stays enjoyable. The staff even accommodated my late checkout on my first visit, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it!
